Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the romaph platform. By creating an account or placing any wager on romaph, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
The most important rules governing your use of the romaph platform, summarised for clarity
You must be at least 21 years of age to register, deposit, or participate in any game on romaph. This is a strict legal requirement under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. Age verification via government-issued ID is mandatory before full account activation.
romaph operates under a valid license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All games, payment operations, and player protection measures comply with PAGCOR's regulatory standards and applicable Philippine law.
Each individual may hold only one romaph account. Duplicate accounts are a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including any winnings generated through those accounts.
All promotional bonuses at romaph are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus terms, including rollover multipliers, eligible games, and expiry periods, are specified in each individual promotion. Players must read bonus conditions before claiming.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your romaph login credentials. romaph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to secure your username, password, or OTP details.
romaph takes problem gambling seriously. We provide deposit limits, session controls, and self-exclusion tools. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use these tools immediately and to contact our support team for further assistance.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and romaph ("romaph", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at romaph.co. By accessing or using the romaph platform in any capacity, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the platform.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context clearly requires otherwise:
Access to and use of the romaph Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. Any attempt to register an account by a person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.
⚠️ Underage Gambling Prohibition: If romaph determines at any time that an Account holder is under 21 years of age, romaph will immediately suspend the Account, conduct a full audit of all transactions made on that Account, and may report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities. All deposits, winnings, and bonuses associated with the Account will be forfeited.
The Platform is intended for use by individuals physically located within the Philippines who are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under applicable Philippine law. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of romaph complies with all local laws applicable to them.
To register an Account on romaph, you must:
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account on romaph. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. romaph reserves the right to permanently suspend all associated accounts and forfeit all balances in such circumstances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your romaph Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) used for two-factor authentication. You agree to:
romaph shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to comply with the above obligations.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is true, accurate, current, and complete. You undertake to promptly update your Account information in the event of any change. romaph reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information has been provided.
An Account that has no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months shall be classified as dormant. romaph may apply an administrative maintenance fee of up to ₱100 per month to dormant accounts after providing prior notice via the registered email address. Remaining balances will be preserved and released upon reactivation following identity re-verification.
romaph accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and over-the-counter payment at participating 7-Eleven outlets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount on romaph is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Individual payment method providers may impose their own minimum or maximum transaction limits that differ from this figure. Players should review the limits applicable to their chosen payment method before initiating a deposit.
GCash and Maya deposits are processed in real time and credited to the Player Wallet immediately upon confirmation of the transaction. Bank transfers and over-the-counter payments may require additional processing time. romaph does not accept third-party deposits — the name on the payment source must match the registered Account holder's name.
Third-Party Funding Prohibition: Deposits made from payment accounts registered in a name other than the Account holder's name will be rejected, and any associated funds may be held pending investigation. This policy is in place to comply with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering requirements.
All transactions on the romaph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). romaph does not accept deposits in foreign currency. Any currency conversion fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the Player.
Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the romaph Account holder. Before any withdrawal can be processed, the Player must have completed KYC verification to romaph's satisfaction. Withdrawal requests from accounts with incomplete or failed KYC will be held pending resolution.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

romaph may request supporting documentation to verify the legitimacy of a withdrawal request, including proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in the withdrawal request being declined.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on romaph are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms stated in the promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by all applicable terms.
Bonus funds credited to a Player Wallet are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are stated in the specific promotion terms. As a general guide:
Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the period specified in each promotion. Uncompleted bonus funds will expire and be removed from the Player Wallet upon the expiry date without compensation.
romaph reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close any Account, where romaph determines — in its sole reasonable judgment — that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using matched or coordinated betting to exploit bonus conditions, or any other activity designed to extract value from bonuses in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
Loyalty Program: Points earned through the romaph Loyalty Program are governed by the separate Loyalty Program Terms available on the Platform. Loyalty points have no cash value and may not be transferred between accounts.
romaph offers a range of games including online slots, live dealer casino games, bingo, and fishing arcade titles. The availability of specific games is subject to change without prior notice. romaph does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular game or game provider.
All random number generator (RNG)-based games on romaph use certified RNG systems that have been independently tested and certified by recognised gaming testing laboratories. Published return-to-player (RTP) values are accurate theoretical figures and represent long-run statistical averages — individual session results will vary. Live dealer games are conducted using real physical equipment by trained professional dealers and are streamed in real time.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game round, romaph reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager. Winnings generated from a demonstrably malfunctioning game are not valid and will not be paid out. romaph's decision on malfunction-related disputes is final subject to applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution processes.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on romaph. These limits are displayed within the game interface before each round. For live dealer tables, limits are also displayed on the table selection screen.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the romaph Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

All suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. romaph cooperates fully with all lawful investigations.
All content on the romaph Platform — including but not limited to the romaph name and logo, website design, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, audio, and video — is the property of romaph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without romaph's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, romaph's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits romaph's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by romaph's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Players who elect self-exclusion through romaph's responsible gaming tools will be barred from accessing their Account for the duration of the exclusion period. romaph will make reasonable efforts to prevent marketing communications from being sent to self-excluded Players. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission.
romaph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold any funds pending investigation, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed due to your breach of these Terms, any Real Money Funds balance remaining in your Player Wallet will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deducting any applicable bonus funds and completing any required investigations, unless the closure is a result of illegal conduct in which case funds may be held pending regulatory instruction.
You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting romaph Support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the applicable provisions of PAGCOR's regulatory framework and the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000 (Republic Act No. 8792).
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the romaph Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting romaph Support. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process as applicable under romaph's license terms.
The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the above processes.
romaph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, romaph will provide advance notice via the registered email address of all active Account holders or through a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum notice period of 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as set out in Section 12.
